  1. Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
    Not at all. You can pay monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can also cancel at any time.
    Monthly Hosting payments must be made via Paypal subcription payment (IPN).
    Hosting payments made without using the Paypal IPN will be charged a 20% fee.
    We strive to keep your cost down by eliminating costly accounting fees by using
    the Paypal Subscription Service (IPN).

  2. How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
    Account orders are placed in a queue and are processed in the order in which they are received. Your site can be uploaded to our servers immediately and your domain name will be accessible within 24-48 hours the domain name server change to our server DNS.

  3. Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?
    Absolutely. Whether you're a day person or a night owl, your site is available for you to update.

  6. I see some hosts offering "unlimited bandwidth". Why don't you offer this?
    Technically speaking, there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth." Someone has to pay for the traffic somewhere - and if you check the fine print of some service agreements from companies who claim to offer unlimited bandwidth, you'll probably find that they do charge for traffic over a certain amount. We dispense with the fine print.

  8. Is my site backed up and how often?
    It is the clients responsibility to do all back ups of their site. If, in the unfortunate event, something happens to your files, it is your responsibility to have a local copy of your files.
    We are NOT held liable in any way for any files, money, time, effort, etc... lost due to this unfortunate event. Furthermore, if your files are lost, we will attempt to restore them as a gesture of good faith, but make no promises what so ever about whether the files will be brought back successfully or not. Again, back ups are the client's responsibility.

  9. How fast are your connections?
    Our servers are located in the Network Operations Center (NOC) in Houston, Texas. The network is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please click here for more details on our Network and connections.

    Current servers are Intel PIV, 3.8 GHz Processors w/ 2 Gig RAM, 7200 RPM Hard Drives, RedHat's Linux 9.0 Operating system, Customized Firewall System, PLESK 8.0 Control Panel.

Technical Questions
  1. I changed my control panel password and now I can't get in.
    Passwords are case sensitive and are limited to 8 characters. If you entered a password longer than 8 characters please try entering the first 8 characters when logging into your control panel or contact our Tech Support staff and we can reset your password for you.

  2. How do I get my email?
    If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:

    Incoming mail (POP3) server:
    mail.yourdomain.com

    Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
    * use your ISP's mail server to send outgoing emails.

  3. I want to get started right away, but my domain name hasn't transferred/isn't in the database yet. How do I do it?
    The Welcome email we send you has complete details on uploading your site to the server immediately through a FTP application using a server IP address.  After your domain is fully propagated through the system, you can upload access your website through your browser and email services.

  5. Where should I put CGI scripts for my domain?
    All CGI scripts should be uploaded to the cgi-bin folder, for your domain. Be sure to follow the instructions for the script you are uploading regarding setting permissions on the files and folders you create, as they vary from script to script.

  6. I uploaded my files, but I don't see my page?
    If our default "Welcome to the Future home of", index.html, has not been replaced by another index page, then anyone going to domainname.com will still see that page instead of some other home page. This is the order in which the web server looks for a page to put up as the "home" page: >DirectoryIndex: index.html, index.shtml, index.php  Just delete the index.html file and anything after it in this list will then come up automatically. Notice that "home.shtml" is NOT on the list and so will not show up as your home page. You would need to rename it.

  7. Do you offer technical support for my web site?
    We offer technical support for your existing web site modifications, debug, or the construction of a new web site as per your requirements. Please always use Support Form located on the support page to insure timely response and service.
    Web Site modifications or debug rate of US $125 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour and is our posted retail rate. Additional work billed at each .25 hours of work. Please always use Support Form located on the support page to insure timely response and service.

    You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan. There is no set up fee for upgrading.

    If you exceed the bandwidth limit for your account the overage amount will be automatically billed at a rate of $5 per gigabyte per month.

    You can add additional features to the plan that you signed up for. Below are the rates for some commonly added features.

    Disk space - $2 per 20MB per month.

  5. How do I cancel my Account?
    You can cancel your account at any time by contacting our Tech Support staff and submit your information requesting to cancel your account.  There are no cancellation fees, and no notice is required. Any fees paid to that point are non-refundable, unless cancellation is made within 30 days of opening the account.

  6. What about billing and over due policies?
    Accounts will be given a grace period of 7 days, if payment is not received within the grace period your account will be suspended from our servers.  If payment is not received within 30 days your account would be deleted from our servers.
